Welcome to Filapanel! We offer a generator service that installs Laravel and Filament for you. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
By accessing and using Filapanel, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Filapanel is provided as a free & paid service. Users will not be charged for accessing or using the main service to generate Filament projects.
However, there are additional items a user can buy to enhance their Filament experience, like themes or addons. These are completely optional and not required to use the main feature of this software.
While we strive to provide a seamless service, Filapanel, its owners, affiliates, or employees shall not be held liable for any faults, errors, or damages that arise from the use or inability to use the service. Users agree to use the service at their own risk.
Filapanel is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Users are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of their systems with Filapanel. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that their hosting environment and software versions are compatible with Laravel and Filament.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service or any features thereof without notice. We shall not be liable to any user or third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend access to the service for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement.
All content, trademarks, services marks, trade names, logos, and icons are the property of Filapanel or its affiliates or agents and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties and provisions.
This agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions and/or any use by a user of the site shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time, and users should check this Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
Users are obligated to report any bugs, vulnerabilities, or issues they discover within Filapanel directly to us. Exploiting, abusing, or taking undue advantage of these bugs or vulnerabilities without reporting them is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access to the service and potential legal actions.
